The book, now available at local book stores and at Amazon.com, will be offered as a gift at the 2007 Grammy Awards. The book was showcased in the VIP Lounge at the Golden Globe Awards last month.

In the book, Chef Marie-Annick Courtier shares her culinary tips and easy-to-prepare recipes that deliver on the pleasures of eating. Even chocolate and wine are considered de rigueur in the Saint-Tropez Diet. Co-author Dr. Apostolos Pappas explains key principles of the Saint-Tropez Diet — high amounts of omega-3s, vitamins, and anti-oxidants found in fish, olive oil, walnuts, fruits, vegetables, legumes, and whole grains — and how to use the principles to maximize weight-loss and health benefits.
