General session up to 90 minutes. Half a day, full day, week-end and week training available upon special request
All fees include: customization, research, preparation, and execution with possibly audio/visual presentation. Also, a handout will be provided to each participant. Audio/visual taping optional with additional fees.

Expenses
Fees are quoted excluding travel expenses. These expenses will be collected separately and will include round-trip air fare, lodging, meals and ground transportation. Air fare may be prorated when the program involves multiple clients or days. Air fare considered is for full coach.

Large Events over Multiple Dates
Based on the number of attendants and days, general fees may be reduced. Deposits
A 50% deposit fee is required upon booking. In the event of program cancellation, Chef Marie will agree to re-book the program on a mutually convenient date without penalty, as long as a week notice is given. If program is canceled by client, not rescheduled, or canceled without meeting the notice requirement, the deposit is considered full settlement and won’t be returned.

Audio and Video Recording
A fee will be charged for Audio and Video Recording Services. Any company or personal distribution will require a separate written royalty agreement designated by the company supplying such services. Call Chef Marie at (949) 833-1681
